Ability to use record link fields on internal Ideas Portal

Unable to add record link fields (Goals field, Releases field, etc) to Ideas Portal submission layout.

Individuals who are responsible for reviewing ideas are required to reach out to the idea creator in order to get see if their idea is related to existing work. This causes delays in ideas being processed and completed.

We are utilizing internal only Ideas Portals. We need the idea creator to be able to link their idea to an existing record (Goal, Feature, Initiative, etc). This functionality exists in other record types and the fiels are shown in the ideas layout, but are grayed out and unaccessable.
