Add Program Increment filter to prioritization view

What is the challenge?	I want to use the prioritization view to rank epics and / or features for a specific program increment, but the program increment field is not available in the filters.
What is the impact?	I am not able to effectively use the prioritization views for multi-product prioritization for an upcoming program increment.
Describe your idea	Include the program increment field as a filer for both epics and features in the prioritization view.
