Add ability to filter by roadmaps vs teamwork licenses in user view

We have adopted Teamwork and currently there is not the ability to quickly filter users who are only teamwork vs roadmaps within the account user view

very manual process of editing and auditing users by manual search and/or filtering by specific teams only

add additional filter in upper nav of the view that allows an administrator to quickly filter by roadmaps or teamwork license type - this has been discussed with our account manager as well
