Introduce an option to automatically clear or reset the synced rank field when an idea is removed from the prioritization view. This would ensure the custom field accurately reflects the current ranked state and prevent duplicate or stale rank values from appearing in reports. |
As an Idea is removed from the ranked category, we would like to have that priority rank field to return back to blank. This will prevent duplicate ranks, when another Idea is moved into that original rank number.
When an Idea is removed fro the ranked category, that means it is no longer ranked so it should not have a priority/rank number assigned to it.
