Ability to Calculate Time In Status by Business Days

Inability to define business days within settings keeps us from being able to calculate time in a status in business days. Certain places we have SLAs around time in status. This requires this to be a manual process, and we are unable to use Aha! reports to show a true picture of time in status based on business days.

Calculating time in status with business days requires a manual work and taking the reporting outside of Aha! in order to give an accurate picture of the time in status.

Create a setting or place to define business days, and ultimately allow for reporting to calculate time in status in business days.
