Filter record links column to show only specific link types without filtering report results

When creating a list report with a Record links column, there's no way to filter which link types are displayed in that column. If you apply a filter for linked records, it removes records from the report entirely rather than just filtering what appears in the Record links column. This means you cannot show all releases while displaying only certain link types (e.g., dependencies and impacts only).

Users cannot create reports that show all records while highlighting only relevant link types. This is particularly problematic for portfolio reporting where teams want to see all roll-up releases but only display dependency and impact relationships, filtering out other link types like "Contains" or custom link types that add noise to the report.

Add the ability to filter the Record links column by link type without affecting which records appear in the report. This could work similar to how other column filters operate - allowing users to specify which link types to display (dependencies, impacts, contains, etc.) while keeping all records visible in the report results.
