Restrict which goals and initiatives you can connect Aha! records to

Today you can link an Aha! record to any level of accessible goal or initiative in the workspace hierarchy.

Strategy needs to be set consistently to ensure you have consistent reports. Although you can see which level of strategic record you are linking to, it is still easy to choose the wrong one.

Restricting which goals and initiatives can be selected for each initiative, release, epic, or feature would improve data quality and make strategic reporting more reliable.

Add a workspace/workspace line setting which allows you to set what level of goal or initiative you are allowed to link records with in that workspace/workspace line.
