Customize Card to include Goal Success Metric

Product Leaders are not able to easily show an Initiative's impact towards a goal in a Roadmap view (Initiative level).

Allows them to tell a complete picture esp. if the goal is named "Growth in North America" and success metric is > $4M New ARR

Product Leaders would like to show goal success metrics on Now, Next Later Roadmaps (Initiative level).
