What is the challenge? |
Currently there is no way for me to easily create a report based on any linked Ideas or other records which support a specific Epic. It would be very time consuming for me to do this manually. Currently, exports are too high-level and are very limited in the information they contain.

What is the impact? |
Being able to export a complete picture of a record (i.e. all the comments, history, research, related, to-dos etc.) would support gen AI workflows. For example if I want to export a record, then use the pdf export in a gen AI workflow (outside of Aha!) to summarise the content, create new content based on that export, look for similar content and so on. Gen AI needs context and this context is often already in the Epic, just not in the text description field. It's often in comments and related items and so on. |

When I choose to export a record, give me control over what is included in the export with checkboxes or something. I want to be able to export EVERYTHING connected to the record - comments, related, research, history, etc. Also if I choose to include "related" records in my export, I should be able to include at least the descriptions of those records in the export. That way I can export a PDF and it includes lots of context and important info. Record titles by themselves are not sufficient. |
