Allow AI assistant to copy records across workspaces

Need to create company level goals, then copy the same goals to each product line to represent each product line's target for that goal. I want to utilize the AI assistant to do this but it struggles to make copies of the same record across different workspaces today.

Either managing a lot of AI assistant hallucinations, or doing this in a much more manual way.
