Automatically assign ideas to the user who changes the status

Enable automation rules to set the Assigned to field to the user who performed an idea status change.

Currently, automation rules can only assign ideas to a specific user or to the value of another user field. The requested capability is for the rule to detect who made the status change (for example, when a Product Manager reviews an idea and updates its status) and automatically set Assigned to to that person. This would enforce that ideas are always assigned to the reviewer without requiring manual reassignment or a hard‑coded default owner.
