Log time on behalf of another user

As project managers it's common that we track resources, including logging time for them and getting estimates. With the current Aha capacity planning, only the user logged in can log their own time. This creates issues with the reporting because we also work with vendors who aren't using Aha.

This results in capacity planning actuals being incorrect or misleading. Huge problem.

I'd like to suggest the option to log time as another user, or creating a role which allows those users assigned the role to impersonate other users. Impersonating other users would also have it's benefits for admins performing testing.
