Capture product workflows into Aha! via browser extension

Challenge

Product managers often need to document detailed product workflows (e.g., onboarding, key in-app journeys) so they can identify UX issues and review them with their teams.

Today this typically requires manually taking screenshots and creating workflows in whiteboards, which is slow.

Impact

The manual process makes it time-consuming to capture workflows, so PMs capture fewer flows and may miss important UX issues or edge cases.

Updates are captured less frequently because, up-to-date workflow diagrams requires too much time.

Proposed solution

Provide a browser-based capture experience (for example, an enhanced Chrome extension) that lets PMs record product workflows as they navigate the app and send them directly into Aha! as structured whiteboard content.

Automatically capture key steps, screens, and URLs and translate them into nodes and connectors on a whiteboard, ready for refinement and team review. Allow users to append new captures to existing whiteboards and annotate captured steps so issues and opportunities can be quickly documented.
