Add confidence level to overall Similar ideas functionality in Ideas Advanced

It is currently possible to see "Similar ideas" on the overall Ideas Overview page, and to see "Similar" and "Related" ideas on a given idea as well. It would be helpful to get an overall view of similar ideas across the board, grouped by confidence level.

Currently, you have to audit similar ideas per individual idea. For users with a lot of ideas and potential similarity between them, this can be time consuming and makes it difficult to spot overall trends and quickly merge items.

A report similar to the AI exploration, or a different view like this, that creates high/medium/low confidence sets of similar ideas and groups them by similarity would be great to allow users to merge and deduplicate ideas at scale.
