Scorecard to measure features after release (KPIs)

What is the challenge?

We have a scorecard to help us prioritize upcoming work but I don't believe there is anything to track the performance of released features. Our new leadership is now requiring us to track various KPIs around release features.

What is the impact?

The ability to generate KPIs to measure outcomes on released features

Describe your idea

Requesting for another scorecard we can use to measure/track how released features are doing. For example, I'd like to track KPIs around user adoption, customers opted in to a feature, revenue it's generated in a quarter, etc.

    This is currently possible using custom fields. You can add a custom scorecard field to features and use it specifically for post-shipping KPIs. If you need any assistance getting this set up, please reach out to us at support@aha.io.
