Ability to create new workspaces and set the workspace template via the API

Some teams may want to manage their hierarchy and create new workspaces via the REST API, but currently the endpoint to create workspaces does not include the ability to set the workspace template you want applied to the new workspace

The workspace template will need to be manually set within Aha!

Expand the existing endpoint to allow users to set which workspace template they'd like applied to the new workspace they are creating via the API. Also publish this endpoint in our API documentation
