Add ignore/accept all buttons to the integration updates modal

When importing integration changes/candidates, the table only shows 50 records at a time. Clicking 'select all' only selects all candidates on the page - to actually select all you have to visit every page.

When connecting services like salesforce, if you have a long-lived account you can end up with thousands of integration candidates - it's not feasible to manually click through hundreds of pages and ignore them all.

Add buttons somewhere on the form to ignore/accept all - this would be separate to the 'select all' button, and should have a confirmation step so you can't hit it by mistake.
