Notifications for when someone submits and idea

What is the challenge?

Without checking the Idea dashboard on a regular basis, we do not know if someone has submitted an Idea that we need to promote quickly.

What is the impact?

Ideas linger or the person has to reach out for us to notice and idea is waiting

Describe your idea

I would like to be able to set up a notification so that when someone submits and idea, I get that notification.

    There are a couple ways to accomplish this today:

    • Add yourself as a watcher on the Ideas > Overview page. You will then get notified for any new or updated ideas in that workspace.

    • Configure automation rules in Ideas Advanced to send you a comment, to-do, or email when a new idea is created.
