Better history reporting for capacity plans

What is the challenge?	Customers build complex scenarios to add their capacity estimates. It could be time, points, named ranges, or headcount across many teams and timeframes (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc). This complexity is needed for the level many teams plan at. Unfortunately the history data included for capacity plans makes it hard to understand what has changed. See screenshot for an example: It is not clear what team's capacity I updated, nor what month I made the edit in. I cannot use this history to easily revert changes made back to a previous state because I am unsure of what exactly changed.
