AI search of Knowledge base documents

Aha! Knowledge bases allow document attachments, but AI search cannot index or review their contents.

Valuable information may be trapped in attachments and excluded from search results. Today, you must open each file and use an external AI tool to analyze it — or manually upload the file to the Aha! AI assistant.

If the document is added as an attachment allow the AI search to review the content of the document and include the findings in search results.
