Idea Portal should have the ability to make the submitter email optional

Entering ideas directly into Aha while at a trade show would be very efficient but having to enter our email addresses every time is cumbersome and takes extra steps.

Having to enter my email address every time I talk with a customer at a tradeshow takes time and effort for a repetitive task. I'll talk with up to 300 people at a tradeshow so having to enter my email address every single time is a pain. FYI my email address is [redacted] to give you a sense of how much I have to type every time.

There are 2 parts to this. One- make the submitter email field optional. If my team and I are at a trade show, I'd rather have something where I can submit ideas quickly. Second, let me instead define a picklist I can use for this form so that I know which of my colleagues entered that piece of feedback.
