Enable JIRA @mention Notifications from Synced Aha! Comments

When a user is @mentioned in an Aha! comment, the mention does not trigger a notification in JIRA after the comment syncs. Instead, the mentioned user receives an Aha! notification — which links to the Aha! record, not the JIRA ticket. This is ineffective for users who do not actively use Aha!.

Engineers and QA colleagues who rely on JIRA notifications for collaboration miss important updates when @mentioned via Aha!. This disrupts communication workflows and reduces the effectiveness of Aha! as a primary workspace for product managers.

Enable Aha! comments that sync to JIRA to preserve @mention formatting in a way that triggers JIRA’s native notification system. This would allow @mentioned users in JIRA to receive alerts as they would from a direct JIRA comment, improving cross-platform communication and supporting adoption of Aha! across product teams.
