GitHub Integration - Migrate OAuth App to GitHub App

Because Aha does not have a GitHub App, but an OAuth App, my GitHub integration would require manual allow-listing of Aha's IP ranges.

I may not be able to integrate Aha with my GitHub environment due to cyber policies. They would have to allow-list the Aha IP range.

Aha should upgrade existing GitHub integration from a OAuth App to a GitHub app per this:

That would enable automatic allow-listing of IP addresses instead of far riskier manual configuration.
