Set Prioritized Backlog Rank from Prioritization views

The "Prioritized Backlog Rank" can only be adjusted manually within the backlog itself. From the Prioritization views, there’s no way to directly set or bulk update rank. This forces extra navigation and manual work when adjusting priorities for multiple items.

Prioritization becomes inefficient and fragmented. Product managers must switch between views to make updates, which slows down decision-making, creates room for error, and makes it harder to manage prioritization sessions in real time with stakeholders.

Enable the ability to set and bulk update the "Prioritized Backlog Rank" directly from the Prioritization list views. This would allow product managers to quickly re-rank items at scale without leaving the context of prioritization. It would streamline prioritization workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy in backlog management.
