Support markdown attachments in file viewer

Can't view an attached markdown file without downloading.

Additional steps that require leaving the application

Similar to how viewing an attached text file works, clicking on an attached .md file views the file. Ideally the viewer would let you toggle markdown formatting on or off but worse case (or for an initial release) would be to just treat it as you would a text file - i.e. no formatting.
