What is the challenge? |
The search bar experience is inefficient. I only see a few results at a time. The results view often does not supply me with enough information to action on anything so I have to click the idea or comment. There is no way for me to immediately return back to the results without performing the process again. There is also no way (to my knowledge) to search through filtered list report results?? |

What is the impact? |
Every time I want to perform a search of this kind, I have to do manual steps of exporting a list report and searching via excel or use other means of finding what I want which are not as efficient as just a basic search. |
Describe your idea |
Add a search bar to the list report and/or have the existing search bar open up a new page rather than modal of the results in a view where I can see more results, use the same filters as the list report, and maintain my search results when I click on an idea and go back. Alternatively, just open the clicked idea result in a new tab. |
Thank you for your idea. There are a couple ways that you can currently search within a list report:
Most record types have a "search" filter that can be added to the report. For example, the Feature name search.
The AI assistant can search and perform other actions within a list report, such as summarization, etc.
