The "plus" button location: please move it back Merged

I'm not sure what the thought was around moveing the "add" button (the plus sign) under a drop-down under account, but it's an extra step for nothing.

Now it takes more time to add requests and manage work.

I'd love if you could move it back to the main navigation, near the search bar.

If moved back, it would save on navigation and extra clicks. It would streamline adding work to our different projects.

Move the "add" button to the main navigation, where it always was.
