Support collapsing the knowledge document tree by default

What is the challenge?

The Knowledge document tree is always present when navigating to Knowledge > Documents which can throw off the view when users navigate to a specific page.

What is the impact?

Users build overview documents and would like for that to be the primary focus, the Knowledge document tree can be distracting.
