The Knowledge document tree is always present when navigating to Knowledge > Documents which can throw off the view when users navigate to a specific page. |
What is the impact? |
Users build overview documents and would like for that to be the primary focus, the Knowledge document tree can be distracting. |

I love the idea of a left-side outline panel for Documents and My Work. It works really well for visualization and organization.(I also wish it was available for the REPORTS folders!)
However, it really needs to be collapsible, like the Frameworks/Goals/Initiatives pages.
I frequently have two windows side by side, one with a checklist, one with the draft of the document I'm working on. The left nav is as narrow as it can go, but the windows still need to be left/right scrolled to see all the content. This view (attached) is better than when working just on my laptop screen, but it is still far from ideal.
