Add ability to pin or favorite workspaces/lines within the hierarchy dropdown Merged

What is the challenge?

If an organization has many lines/workspaces it can be difficult to scroll through the list of workspaces to find the right one.

What is the impact?

Time it takes to flip between workspaces that are used most often.

Recent workspaces is useful, but that isn't always retained and may not be consistent to the workspaces that are used most often.

Describe your idea

Add the ability for users to favorite workspaces within the hierarchy dropdown menu - this would allow users to quickly navigate to the workspaces they use most often while maintaining flexibility with seeing everything they have access to.
