Display Team fields on Requirements associated with Develop/Teamwork Parking Lot Features

What is the challenge?

Currently, the Team fields do not display on Requirement records if the parent Feature is a Develop/Teamwork Parking Lot feature; however it does display on the Feature's Requirements if the record is assigned to the Team from a Roadmaps workspace

What is the impact?

Users cannot see the Team status or Team Location and are unable to quickly move the Requirement to places such as the Prioritized Backlog from the Requirement view

Display Team field on all Requirements in the Team space regardless of if it's Product or Team/Engineering work
