Enable user activity reporting for license management

What is the challenge?

Determining the activity frequency of paid users to help inform license management decisions

What is the impact?

Currently, I don't have the oversight I need of how active my paid users are in a simple report to determine whether the paid licenses I have in my Aha! account are utilised efficiently

Describe your idea

Enable a report that enables the frequency of how active paid licenses are to have visibility of:

• Number of times Aha! has been accessed over different time periods

• Time using Aha! over different time periods

• Highest workspace permission (Owner, Contributor, Reviewer, Viewer)

• Paid seat status

• Paid seat group they're a part of
