Allow configuration to determine if last day of sprint is included in capacity

What is the challenge?

Aha assumes that the last day of the sprint is not spent working on active sprint work and so capacity is only 9 days instead of 10 in a 2 week sprint

What is the impact?

I need to create sprints that have the next day as the end date in order to show 10 days of capacity. This is confusing and I am not even sure of the impact to reporting.

Describe your idea

When creating a sprint, have configuration that determines if the last day of the sprint should be included as capacity in the sprint.
