Support the ability to merge ideas by ID

What is the challenge?

When merging ideas, if you know the ID it's much faster, but mergiing ideas only supports the text and doesn't recognise the ID

What is the impact?

It's just slower and more long winded to do the search

Describe your idea

The merge ideas search should also include the idea ID value so you can just add that to merge an idea.
