What is the challenge? |
We are using capacity planning. I need users to enter their Initial estimates as "Advanced Estimates", or else the capacity report won't work correctly. The only way to tell if an Initial estimate is entered as a Manual estimate or an Advanced estimate is to click into the record. I need to be able to run a report and see which type of estimate is entered in the Initial estimate field. |
What is the impact? |
The capacity reports aren't showing the data we need them to and I'm going to have to do an incredible amount of clicking into features and initiatives to see which need to be updates. Then I still won't have a great way to let POs know which features need to be fixed. |
