Set capacity hours estimate mapping (hours per day) by integration

What is the challenge?

Capacity hours per day was delivered here (https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-907) in part to help keep estimate units synced properly with Jira. However, there are situations where hours per day is not consistent by team, or situations where one Aha! account is integrated with multiple Jira instances that each have a different hours per day setting.

What is the impact?

This makes it not possible to get accurate capacity estimates across each team when hours per day can differ depending on the workspace.

Describe your idea

Be able to set how capacity units map per integration instead of an account setting to allow more teams to benefit from capacity mapping back from Jira.
