Magnifying Glass for search in Idea Share portal - make functionable

Some users are used to clicking the magnifying glass instead of clicking the enter button

Currently, a user can only click the enter/return key on their keyboard when trying to search for an Idea in our Idea Share portal. We have had requests to make the magnifying glass next to that search field function to initiate the search also.
