  Thank you for your idea. There are a couple approaches you could take to handle this today.

  1. To-dos provide the most comprehensive solution for a check list. You can add to-dos to any record in Aha! software and assign one or many owners. To-dos will then show up on the My work page and reminders will be sent. You can also track progress on many records like epics, features, etc and calculate based on to-dos completed.

  2. A simpler option is to add checkboxes to a record description or note. These are in the bullet point menu in the text editor. You can then check tasks off as they are completed.
