Custom status automation

What is the challenge?	Unable to automatically update the end users with a canned email response regarding the status of their idea that has been promoted to a feature, when the feature is in progress
What is the impact?	end users will get updates regarding their ideas that are in execution more frequently than when the ideas is planned and then finally shipped
Describe your idea	Add a new status for "In development" that can be linked to statuses in ADO and JIRA when the story/epic/feature is first identified as "in progress"
