What is the challenge? |
Customer success, sales teams, UX, and researchers will have lengthy discussions and meetings with customers frequently. In these conversations, many insights are gathered that would really benefit product teams as they prioritize ideas and shape their roadmaps. These teams take detailed notes from working with the customers. However, it is difficult to take all of this feedback and feed it into Aha! today. The person could review their notes and create new ideas, proxy vote on existing ideas, and add a description of their use case, but this is a lot of manual effort, easy to miss feedback, and regularly is not done. |
What is the impact? |
This leads to these amazing insights not being accessible to the product team and being "lost". Feedback only comes to the Product team when escalated by the customer team member, and the context behind the conversation is easily lost. This makes it hard for the Product team to grasp the real insight. |
Describe your idea |
Add customer notes and tag them to a specific organization. Customer notes are analyzed with AI and quotes and concepts are tagged with the relevant product areas. These insights from the customer notes are then tied to the idea backlog, active roadmap records, or come in as new feedback for the team to review as a new idea. A review process for PMs to review insights and approve the association of an insight to a record would be helpful to ensure this is being seen by a PM. |
