Importing of Workspaces

What is the challenge?	When importing new workspaces you cannot show what parent line to add to
What is the impact?	Workspaces are uploaded without a parent line

It is currently possible to include the parent workspace when importing workspaces. You can do this by including the ID or prefix of the parent line. Note that the line must exist before importing the child workspaces.
