Add option to show timescale in chart axes

What is the challenge?

When building a chart with dates on the axes, the data points will all be equally spread out, regardless of how much time falls between them.

What is the impact?

This makes it hard to visualize how the data changed over time.

Add an option for a date-based axes to display an equally spaced timescale, where the data points may fall on or between those dates.
