Add Save or Pin functionality for searches

What is the challenge?

I frequently run the same search, with same filters, to see what records have been revised or added.

What is the impact?

It takes extra time to reproduce the search, especially when I wish to run several variants, and it's easy to miss the nuances of more complex searches.

Describe your idea

I would like to be able to save (or pin) a search that I've built, with browse location and filters, and then be able to quickly and easily run the search, like with a single click on a button or link.
