API option for link existing records
It would be helpful if there was an API option to link existing records when migrating from Jira server to cloud. When migrating 00's of integrations we'd like to automate as much as possible.

+1 on this. We have a recurring version of the same problem — every release cycle we end up with new Aha features and existing Jira epics that need to be paired after the fact, so this isn't just a migration need.
One addition to the ask: the endpoint also needs a parameter to specify sync direction on initial link — equivalent to the "Use Aha!" / "Use Jira" choice in the UI. Without that, just adding a link endpoint isn't enough. The sync engine needs to know which side wins on first sync, and today that selection is UI-only with no API equivalent.
