Add ability to set default position and zoom on a Whiteboard

What is the challenge?

When I have a large Whiteboard, it opens zoomed out so that the whole Whiteboard fits in the screen. This makes it fiddly to zoom into the logical starting point on a diagram.

What is the impact?

It takes longer than it should to get to the starting point of a flow diagram or to the point where I want my users to view the Whiteboard to start with. This is particularly impactful for Framework diagrams that are typically always larger and have a logical flow.

Describe your idea

Allow an owner to set a default position and Zoom % for a Whiteboard. When this is set and a Whiteboard is loaded, automatically zoom and focus on the selected area.
