"Create new chart" button on the chart page

What is the challenge?

Currently, when I go to lists, there is a create new list button which makes it easy to add new list reports. On the charts page however I don't see a button for this.

What is the impact?

I have to create a new list report, and then change the view type to chart to see the create a new chart button which is inefficient.

Add a Create new chart button to the chart page
