Add "Responsible team" as a fixed field on Framework steps

What is the challenge?

It is important when defining a Framework that responsibility is set for each step.

What is the impact?

Without a fixed field for responsible team, you have to embed this information into the description of a step. This makes it un-reportable.

Describe your idea

Allow each step to have a "Responsible team" assigned. Then, have a way to highlight framework steps by that field - so that you can show all steps that the PM team is repsonsible, for example, in a visual way.
