Add Rally "Project" field to integration reports

What is the challenge?	What Project Name is an integration connecting to for Rally Integrations
What is the impact?	Cannot create a list report showing what Project Name is an integration connecting to in Rally
Describe your idea	Add the 'Project' name field into the integration reporting list of fields

There is a new Integration project ID field available when reporting on integrations. Adding the project name in reporting is much more complicated so we will keep this idea open to monitor feedback for that specifically.
