Make finding shared documents easier

What is the challenge?

I have a lot of documents that have been shared with me. The view in "My work" is difficult to navigate. I cannot sort the documents, or use search to find what I am looking for. I would also like these to be in a list view and not a tiled view to make it easier to quickly scan the large list for what I am looking for.

What is the impact?

It is difficult to find the relevant document to work on.

Describe your idea

  • Allow a toggle between a tiled view and list view

  • Allow search of shared documents

  • Allow organization of shared documents (putting them into folders etc)

  • Allow favouriting documents for quick access

  • Let me sort the documents by name

  • Include document date / date received to sort on that field as well

  • Attach files
