Team Backlog health dashboard

What is the challenge?

A healthy well looked after dashboard is on of the key "tells" for a successful agile team. It's very difficult at the moment to check this out and needs a lot of manual reporting.

What is the impact?

Teams that need coaching often get missed and their work suffers.

Describe your idea

I would like a dashboard with fixed reports much like the retrospective report that tells me:

• Backlog growth over time

• How much work is left in a backlog

• The age of our records

• Work in progress for a team or an individual.
